KÜMMERLEIN berät Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V. beim Erwerb von deutschem Circular IT-Geschäft

Die niederländische Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V. (Flex IT), ein Portfoliounternehmen des schwedischen PE-Hauses Altor Equity Partners und einer der größten europäischen Spezialisten für IT-Lifecycle-Management, hat die MKCL-Unternehmensgruppe erworben. MKCL mit Sitz in der Nähe von Hamburg ist ein führender europäischer Anbieter von Demopools für IT-Endgeräte und betreibt auch ein entsprechendes Vertriebsgeschäft für derartige Endgeräte. Die Übernahme von MKCL ist Teil der Strategie von Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V., den Wandel hin zu einem vollständig zirkulären europäischen Markt für IT-Hardware maßgeblich mit zu gestalten und das eigene Geschäft sowohl für den IT-Channel als auch für IT-Hersteller zu erweitern.

Ein KÜMMERLEIN-Team unter der Leitung von Dr. Maximilian Schauf und Dr. Stefan Heutz hat Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V. bei der Transaktion beraten. KÜMMERLEIN advises Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V. on acquisition of German Circular IT Business

Dutch based Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V. (Flex IT), a portfolio company of Swedish private equity firm Altor Equity Partners and one of the largest European specialists in IT lifecycle management, has acquired the MKCL group of companies. Based near Hamburg, MKCL is a leading European provider of demo pools for IT end user equipment, also operating a related sales business for such end user equipment. The acquisition of MKCL is part of Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V.’s ongoing strategy to lead the change to a fully circular European market for IT hardware, as well as supporting the company’s strategy to expand its services to both IT channel and IT vendors.

A KÜMMERLEIN team led by Dr. Maximilian Schauf and Dr. Stefan Heutz advised Xeptor Distribution Holding B.V. on the transaction.
