After completing his studies in Germany, the bilingually-raised Alexander O‘Connolly did a Master of Laws in the USA. He is licensed to practice as a lawyer in both Germany as well as in the State of New York, USA. He is best able to apply his knowledge and experience in advising clients on international operations and M&A transactions.
Alexander O‘Connolly also offers comprehensive support to cooperations abroad concerning their German activities, e.g. in establishing local subsidiaries and in their everyday business in Germany. Alexander O‘Connolly graduated in Law from the University of Passau in 2000. After successfully sitting his second legal state examination in Munich in 2002, he studied for a year at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. where, in 2003 he was granted the title Master of Laws (LL.M.). During his career in Washington D.C., which amongst others involved working for the Association of Corporate Counsel, he was admitted to the Bar by the State of New York, USA. Alexander O‘Connolly joined Kümmerlein Rechtsanwälte & Notare in 2004.
