Franziska Mentken advises and represents companies and executives in all areas of individual and collective employment law.
One focus of her work is providing ongoing advice on employment law, in particular on the drafting of contracts, co-determination within the company and termination plans and their implementation.
Curriculum Vitae
Before studying law, Ms. Mentken first earned a bachelor's degree in human resources management (B.A.). She then studied law in Bielefeld and Münster with a focus on contract drafting. In 2020, she started her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bochum. Accompanying this, she took up studies in labor law (LL.M.) at JurGrad in Münster in 2021. She successfully passed the second state examination in 2022. Subsequently, she joined Kümmerlein Rechtsanwälte & Notare.
Ms. Mentken speaks German and English.
