Nils Möller is a lawyer in Kümmerlein’s public law department. He advises private companies and public authorities on constitutional and administrative law issues, particularly in environmental and planning law. One of his main areas of practice is the public law support of complex approval procedures, especially in the field of infrastructure and industrial projects.
Nils Möller studied law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and the Université de Cergy-Pontoise (France). During his legal clerkship, he worked, among others, at Kümmerlein and at a law firm specializing in public law, based in Düsseldorf. After completing his legal clerkship in August 2019, he initially worked as a research assistant in the public law department of a major German law firm. He then started working as a lawyer at Kümmerlein in April 2021.
