Sebastian Gajek joined Kümmerlein in 2022 and works ever since in the field of public business law. As part of his job, he advises private industries and public authorities adressing administrative, but also constitutional legal issues, especially in the field of planning and environmental law.
Sebastian Gajek studied at the Ruhr-University in Bochum. For the duration of his studies, which he finished in 2018, he worked parallelly at Prof. Dr. Julian Krüper`s chair for Public Law, Constitutional Theory and Interdisciplinary Research.
Before heading into his legal clerkship, Sebastian Gajek studied in addition European Law at the Maastricht University for one year. (LL.M.).
Within his legal clerkship in Bochum he worked for the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin and the Administrative Court Gelsenkirchen. Immediately after his second state exam, Sebastian Gajek joined Kümmerlein Lawyers in March 2022.
