Committed to your side for legally compliant solutions in the area of conflict between economic and ecological responsibility
I am highly committed to supporting the legal implementation of energy infrastructure projects – such as the expansion of electricity, gas and hydrogen grids. I support authorities and companies with careful analysis and work on solutions that are legally compliant and sustainable, even in complex situations.
Dear Tim, what does our promise “To make it simple, but significant” mean to you?
For me, “To make it simple, but significant” means finding a balance of interests in extensive planning approval procedures. The energy industry necessities of grid expansion regularly come up against species protection concerns. My focus is on finding legally compliant solutions for our clients in specific individual cases that take into account the diverse impacts of their project on the one hand and enable the cost-efficient implementation of their project on the other.
