Moritz Rethschulte has been a lawyer at Kümmerlein Rechtsanwälte & Notare since 2022 and advises employers and managers on matters of individual and collective employment law. His area of practice includes representation in employment law proceedings as well as ongoing employment law advice to companies and corporations.
Curriculum Vitae
Mr. Rethschulte studied in Münster with a focus on contract drafting. In 2018, he successfully completed the first state examination and then began his legal clerkship at the Münster Regional Court. He successfully passed the second state examination in 2020.
After his legal clerkship, Mr. Rethschulte successfully completed a master's degree at the University of the West of England in Bristol in the area of international law with an emphasis on international labour law, in particular. In alongside his master's degree, he worked for an internationally active commercial law firm in Düsseldorf until he joined Kümmerlein Rechtsanwälte & Notare in April 2022.
